wHY DO YOU NEED TO ATTEND A SLiiM DINNER?

This is a great opportunity to build a referral network with the functional healthcare community! Four times a year the St. Louis Institute of Integrative Medicine hosts Dinner & Discussion events for medical professionals only.

Practitioners love to use this time to connect with the health industry pros and share ideas with colleagues over a delicious gluten and dairy free meal. Sip perfectly paired wine while participating in an open discussion forum with like-minded professionals.

SLiiM members are granted FIRST DIBS to attend the dinners! This is a bonus because dinners always SELL OUT! Space permitting, the event is then opened up to all healthcare professionals who are non-members.

Hormones: Imbalances That Occur In Reproductive Years

In today's world, hormone dysregulation is becoming increasingly common in women during reproductive years. The Western Diet and everyday exposure to environmental toxins often lead to endocrine disruption. Consequently, providers are seeing a large influx of hormonal imbalances. With this, the number of cases of things like infertility, PCOS, and endometriosis is rampantly growing in young women. Oftentimes, these hormone-related issues result in a multitude of overlapping symptoms, such as mood fluctuations, irregular menstruation, weight gain, skin issues, fatigue, digestion/ detoxification issues, and hair loss.

Join us for a fun-filled evening of collaboration, allowing you and other like-minded colleagues to discuss how to combat hormonal imbalance in young women. Analyze the role of environmental toxins & other lifestyle factors in relation to hormone dysregulation. Compare findings, diagnostic strategies, and treatments that fellow practitioners are utilizing that you can integrate with your patients to regulate their hormones & optimize their health!
